Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms. Our officiant services include ceremony planning, script writing, rehearsal attendance, and ceremony performance as outlined in your service package.

Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is due 30 days before your ceremony. Cancellations made more than 60 days in advance receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

Ceremony Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining your marriage license and ensuring all legal requirements are met. We will guide you through this process but cannot be held responsible for incomplete documentation.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect your ceremony.

Intellectual Property

Custom ceremony scripts remain your property after the ceremony. We retain the right to use anonymized examples for future clients.
